Is ProActive Roblin a political party?
No. Each member runs under their own name, with their own campaign and official agent, and answers directly to voters. There is no party ticket on the ballot.
Do members have to vote together?
No. Members publicly support the five shared commitments as directions for Roblin. They are not required to vote as a bloc on any motion, and how each votes on a specific decision is their own call.
How does a candidate join?
A candidate for Head of Council or councillor applies online, says where they stand on each commitment, and the application is reviewed by a person before anyone is listed as a member.
Can I vote for some members and not others?
Yes. You vote for individual candidates. You can use the private voting checklist to plan your own choices - it stays on your device and is never sent to anyone.
How do I contact the candidates?
